I think we had two last year and that was the first time multiple PN-G players were nominated. That said, this is still a heck of an accomplishment.

In 1999, when Dustin Long won the WRS award for the best offensive player, I believe we had a defensive finalist, too ... maybe a LB or DB? I don't believe PN-G has ever had a defensive player win the WRS award.
