Horn is a typical urban garbage program--28 wins in last 7 years, 1 winning season in that time. Don't see much upside ln 12 wins over next 3 years. Perhaps something below the surface locally?

Our district is loaded with a lot of great teams. Whoever wins will be battle tested and likely to go deep into the playoffs.

Welch was at PNG at one time. But he's at Vidor now.

Maybe not the same Welch? Really not sure sorry. However I’m fairly confident it is someone with the surname Welch, he has been at some conditioning for a few weeks now working with the Oline.

I was told the new O-Line Coach was from Nederland and Dan Welch was at Nederland last year. No official announcement tho so who knows.
