Let’s hope that this year’s UiL board member don’t pull off any biased outcomes to satisfy any individual’s own special interest.

Will be interesting to see where Huntsville lands after all the DCTXFB mock speculation.

Have to beat the best to be the best.

Brenham goes into 5AD2 Region 2 District 8 ask PNG how that feels

La Porte goes into the 5AD1 District with PAM

Barbers Hill avoids 6A district with Galena Park North Shore. 6A smallest school Crosby not so lucky.

Todd Dodge Lovejoy goes into 5AD2 Region 1 district 3 with perennial power Argyle. Lovejoy Avoids Anna, Celina, Frisco Emerson.

Well, Brenham is now the latest victim of UIL meddling and bias! They can try and justify it all they want but there’s obviously a PERSONAL AGENDA behind it because this makes back to back realignments where the team who knocked Liberty Hill out of the playoffs ended up getting deported to Region 2!

The magic number is 2: If you beat Liberty Hill in the playoffs 2 times in a row, you must spend 2 years in Region 2 so that Liberty Hill gets 2 more chances to win without you, and then some other team will beat them 2 years in a row because the real problem is Liberty Hill just isn’t all that good 2 begin with.

While I will FOREVER love Texas High school football I can’t help but acknowledge that it is in a bad spot atm. There are A LOT of sketchy things going on right now from DFW schools straight up ADMITTING that they are recruiting and the UIL doing NOTHING about it to Liberty Hill attempting to daddy ball there way to a state ship appearance it’s getting RIDICULOUS!!

And also I bet the other school is terrible

If that is the case we ll know 100%

If the Legacy school is better than mediocre it’s a dent in the theory.

In all honesty, the best thing Liberty Hill could do right now would be to siphon enough students away from the original high school to the new high school that both schools fall to 4A. Liberty Hill’s history of success was built in the lower classifications and that’s where their offense stands the best chance of winning.

Whether they’ll do that is another story. Lots of McMansions on 10-20 acre “ranches” in that part of Williamson County these days and those folks don’t like not getting their way.
