I also confused Nimitz with Aldine.
6A Aldine is 0-10, 2-8, 2-8 in last 3 years. 6A Nimitz is 8-3, 7-4, 8-3 in the last 3 years. May be a better scrimmage than I thought.

I think Salas will get the starting spot for PAM. But he’s going to be on a very short leash. If he plays like he did during 7v7 this summer he’ll find himself on the bench real quick backing up a sophomore qb.
The irony of him turning his back on PNG to be a starter over a junior like Ashworth only to find himself backing up a sophomore at PAM.

Heard rumor Aldine beat up on them pretty good. This is from teenagers based on what PA kids were posting on social media, so take it with a grain of salt.

With only two offensive starters back. Would expect a slow start.

Someone on the SETX forum said PAM scored 3 TDs to 0 for Aldine, in 3 live quarters. No other details, so I guess we'll see first hand next week.
