Coach Cary is a finalist for the HF AD/Head coach.
I think it's all about having the "Head Coach" title..so you can say you've done it etc so that you can move on to bigger and better things down the road. I hate to lose good coaches, but that's what happens when your successful. -
UIL Re-alingment
Looks like we have more kids now than Vidor does...I saw we turned in around 143x or so and Vidor was @1398 or so. Not sure what Central turned in. -

You want to talk about undersized, just look at the backup QB who often rotates in for Desoto..I bet the kid can't be much more than a buck forty soaking wet, but he sure is fast....he made one of the best runs I've ever seen against Longview this year...and he's just a soph. -

The only problem with that is that typically the schools representing Texas have been 5A schools :( I agree though, it would be really cool to see us there and fill up Jerry's world witha sea of purple. This year's crowd was just okay, but no where near the crowd that was at the playoff games... -

I wasn't saying that I agree with that..All I was saying is that he was a high profile recruit that projects well at the next level according to ESPN. I also said that I hope Doty gets a chance as I know he can show them he is a high quality recruit himself regardless if he was highly recruited... -

I think we all just want a state title and know that we can't keep giving up the big plays...I'm betting that this will continue to be harped on in practice I can only assume. All we can ask as fans is that they give it their all. We are all armchair qbs LOL and we think why did they run that...
