Another great year for the girls so far. 14-4 overall and undefeated in district with an 8-0 record. Hopefully they can get over the playoff hump this year and make it to the state tournament. As good a year as any to do it!

11-0 in district. Barring an unlikely upset against two very poor teams, they can attain an outright district championship with a victory against Barbers Hill on Tuesday March 4th. They would still have a co-championship even with a loss against BH since they won the first game against BH, once again barring a very unlikely upset by the other two teams.

So, both the girls and boys will likely sweep the DC in soccer? Outstanding! I may have to start watching soccer so I can go watch the Tribe in the Houston area playoffs.

Girls have virtually clinched a co-championship and can win it outright with a victory Tuesday the 4th. Boys have a tougher road in a very competitive district but are still in the mix for a district title and in pretty good shape to make the playoffs (not sure how close they are to clinching playoffs due to missing scores for one district competitor).

Girls lost to BH 1-0, so they will have to settle for a co-championship (provided that PNG and BH both win their last district game as expected). In any case. on to the playoffs!
