Definitely Mount Rushmore.Numbers need to be confirmed but looks like Conner Bailey finished his career just short of 5000 yards passing. 4th best all time at PNG in 101 seasons.
Going to miss this kid’s energy!
This may be the best public source although it is not entirely accurate. PNG stats were not included during the regular season.Really wish we had district stats readily available to compare how kids throughout the districted stacked up. I know a bunch of games Tyson didn’t play but the 1st series of the 2nd half. Just would like to be able to see who he got beat out by. PNG well represented with 1st, 2nd and honorable mention for district honors.
All District Returners next year:
1st Team:
'27 OL Ace Reeves
'27 DL Victor Trevino
'27 OLB Anthony Flores
'27 OLB Bryceten Felps
'28 WR Jude Gholke
2nd Team:
'28 HB Ledger Hansing
'27 RB Tyson Henry
Honorable Mentions:
'27 WR Tyce Benkert
'27 WR Daylan Jackson
'27 CB Thurel Malveaux
'27 S Baylen Valcin
'27 S Ryder Mcleod
Valcin was also very good. Multiple interceptions on the year.Who beat out Malveaux at CB? He covered one-on-one all season, rarley gave up a big play, and there are not four other DBs in PN-G's district that are better than Malveaux.
Best running back in the district. But also played on an offense with multiple stars across the board. So another team’s back may have been more critical to that team’s success. Although we could make the case that Henry was just as important to the Indian offense.Tyson got 2nd-Team All-District. That really surprised me.
Absolutely robbed. Name another RB in district who was better.Tyson got 2nd-Team All-District. That really surprised me.
Probably one of the best combinations of aggressiveness, quickness, technique and football smarts that has ever played the position.Going to miss this kid’s energy!
We did not always need him (or his stats would have been even more impressive), but he always came thru when we did.Best running back in the district. But also played on an offense with multiple stars across the board. So another team’s back may have been more critical to that team’s success. Although we could make the case that Henry was just as important to the Indian offense.
