Boerne HC Brett Sawyer is starting his second season after being Boerne’s DC for the previous seven seasons. Boerne finished the 2025 season at 13-2 losing to Richmond Randle 16-40 in the semifinals. Randle defense was able to put pressure all game on Boerne Outstanding 2025 Junior QB #9 Grant Sweeney.
QB Sweeney a 2026 Senior passed for 4296 yds and 39 TDs while rushing for 1075 yds and 19 TDS. That’s right 58 TDs in 2025 and 5371 yds of total offense in one season. Four of five offensive linemen return in 2026. WR #14 Zachary Fraiser 1164 yds rec and 12 TDs returns. RB #18 Callen Combs 854 yds rush and 8 TDs returns.
