Galena Park has been playing in 5AD1 the last two years in a predominantly Houston urban district. GP finished in 4th place in 2025 with a 4-6 district record. GP lost to PAM 0-42 in bi-district.

GP lost their outstanding RB #5 Clay who had 2017 rushing yards and 21 TDs his Senior year. GP Clay finished his career with 3455 yds rushing and 48 TDS.
GP operated under a dual senior QB rotation in 2025. The saying goes if you have two QBs you don’t have one. GP second and third leading rushers who accounted for a total of 649 yds rushing and 9 TDs all graduated. GP three leading receivers who accounted for a total of 602 yds receiving and 5 TDs all graduated.
