Santa Fe AD/HC is Blake Ryder who joined SF for the 2022 season after serving as Texas City DC for nine years. SF had nine defensive starters back in 2025. SF compiled a 6-4 record in 2025 with a win over FBM by a 17-13 score.

SF is one of the smallest 5AD2 teams in the state of Texas. Eagle Mountain 1315 enrollment, Mercedes 1315 enrollment, Santa Fe 1311 enrollment and SA Houston who opted up to play local SA schools has a 928 enrollment.

SF is 21-29 in the last five years and has not made the playoffs. In those five years SF has a 12 PFG vs 26 PAG average.

SF played PNG in district and lost 0-56 in 2021, lost 7-52 in 2022, and 14-51 in 2023. PNG moved to Region 2.

Starting in 2024 and 2025 SF (10-10) played in a district in Region 3 with Richmond Randle (31-1), Iowa Colony (24-4), FB Marshall (16-7), and Texas City (12-9). Against these four distinct rivals the SF PFG is 10 and the PAG 48.
