Once again, RJ has a better ypc than Swift. But Swift gets almost all of the carries and is praised for his performance, while sportswriters don’t even mention RJ. In one sequence RJ gets them to the 1, then they take him out and give it to Swift for the TD. This is not to denigrate Swift, who is clearly a great RB. But he is definitely the Rodney Dangerfield of running backs, at least at Chicago. Although I would like to see him with a team that would better appreciate his talents, I am still pulling strongly for the Bears at this point because he deserves the experience of being on an NFL team with a real chance of winning the SB.
