Dayton Broncos @ PN-G

PNG wins this. Dayton’s offense will give us some trouble, at least at first. But they have no defense to speak of, and don’t do anything on offense we haven’t seen before.

Just read looks like Dayton may still be missing there two starters.

Any team that gave Montgomery a hard time has earned my respect. I feel pretty comfortable about this game, especially at home and with Dayton possibly having starters out. However, we definitely can’t afford to take them lightly, particularly since they have more at stake in the game than we do. Additionally, (1) I remember when we had a tough time beating them (in the playoffs), which increases my desire to beat them now and (2) this team deserves a place in the record books. Lets get that undefeated regular season and steamroll into the playoffs!!!

PNG - Dayton History at a glance.

The Indians lead the 22 game series 14-8-1. The Indians have won the last 8 meetings. Prior to that, Dayton was victorious in 6 of 7 games.

I attended most of those 7 games, as well as the 2015 game where we finally beat them after losing two times in a row to them in the first round of the playoffs. Perhaps due to our poor success during those 7 games, I am particularly fond of beating them.

One of those games at Stallworth is where I first sae Roschon warming up in shorts and T shirt and remember thinking he must be the up and coming QB the next year he won the starting job over Bost

I think the kicker had 18 points in the game. If I remember right they got to close to 20 points, and we were still moving the ball. We kept holding them to field goals and it seemed like they wouldn’t be able to keep up. And they kept trotting out that mutant who was nailing them from everywhere and before we knew it the lead was gone. A crazy talent.
