That's right. It's all about matchups and until the game is played no one knows how that will play out.

There were many teams during the 1970s playoff run that were SUPPOSED to beat those PNG teams.
But Indians executed, played their game and surprised many teams.

I may be wrong but im getting a feeling from reading this that there is a lack of confidence going towards next Friday.

I hope Png rolls to another double-digit victory on Friday. Stallworth might cause an earthquake.

I disagree with anyone who discounts the Indians ability to win.

Not only does PNG have one of the most outstanding QB talents you will find anywhere in the state, the players around him aren't half bad either. If this PNG team can play mistake free football, they can move the ball against anyone. The one area that will be the deciding factor is the offensive line. If they give RJ time to throw the ball, and open holes for the running attack, good things will happen. RJ, and the new freshman running back are both quick, determined runners. They will pick up big yards if the line can make and hold their blocks.

And the bend, don't break defense just needs to keep playing at the highest level of their ability. What they lack in size or speed can be countered by playing sound defense, covering their responsibility, sure tackling, and swarming to the ball.

Last weeks 95 yard drive was a HUGE statement and confidence builder for the Indians. They know they can score, regardless of where they start.

They'll be fine. Just have to do what they do best. It's an advantage, IMO, to play in Baytown again. Just gotta relax and do your thing!
