Not bad.How did the Backup QB do? Sorry, haven't been able to watch the game yet.
Not bad at all. He has a strong arm and throws a nice deep ball. I was impressed with how he managed the offense. He was calm and settled in to make some nice throws. Also I continue to be impressed with #6. He runs north/south with a mean streak. I like his style. How did the Backup QB do? Sorry, haven't been able to watch the game yet.
PNG DB #5 took down LaPorte’s Simon in the open field to prevent a first down and potentially save a long touchdown run.Good opening game. Hate to sound negative but my fear is if the opposing offense gets past the first 2 layers our DB’s arm tackles.
I agree his passes are on target and have some zip on the ball. Let’s set the record in the Huntsville game. Bailey was getting drilled no roughing the passer calls. I would have pulled him sooner (35-0) in the game to prevent possible injury. As we all knew, he will not get the chance. Still a stellar performance by Bailey.
Several PNG fans clapped for LC after first TD. LC was so bad when the PNG first team was in.They played their first down “lion roar” on the PA and there was an audible laugh from the stands.
Good analysis. Get the ball to him early with a short pass to settle the nerves. Turf monster got him once on an excellent long pass from Bailey. If Jackson ever learns to go to the ball. and hang onto it, he’ll rack up 150+ yards or more per game receiving. Gholke is incredible. Only a sophomore.
He had his arm in a sling after the game.Good analysis. Get the ball to him early with a short pass to settle the nerves. Turf monster got him once on an excellent long pass from Bailey.
Regarding Defense. LC #22 is a hard runner but I haven’t heard such loud collisions in a long time. I was sitting 2/3 of the way up the stands and heard PNG LB #40 hit on #22 at the line of scrimmage.
I hope PNG #40 doesn’t have a concussion after that hit. he came flying out of nowhere. Instant recognition well coached on LC scheme.
Defensive backs are light years ahead of last season in terms of tackling. And there are some ball hawks back there. Especially #12.PNG DB #5 took down LaPorte’s Simon in the open field to prevent a first down and potentially save a long touchdown run.
