Dayton is following the formula to disrupt the PNG run and it’s working.

Dayton Division “four” LBs are breaking the ankles of our RB in the gaps between the tackles. It is going to be bad when SOC Division “one” LBs and CBs take on our RB. Will be lucky if the outcome is only a fumble and not another RB injury.
Offensive Blocking schemes called for the last four games are not working. Passing in 1st Quarter should have opened up the running game. there are offense tells that opponent defense is picking up on. This is a Dayton defense that stalled so many 1st half drives by stuffing the run. Sacks knocked PNG out of FG attempts.

Dogs game was a heck of a game. Nederland scored to take a 7 point lead with a minute left, then Montgomery scored with 4 seconds left. Montgomery won the toss in OT and the dogs started at the 40 instead of the 25, apparently due to a penalty. Montgomery held them on 4th down, then scored on their possession.

Love the Indians, but they have been playing average at best for several weeks. Not trying to offend anyone or make anyone mad, but if you’re honest about what you’re seeing you will agree. Every special teams play the opposing team almost scores. Our tackling on defense has been very poor. Clock management by the coaches hasn’t been very good either. I want them to go back to state like everyone else, but they need major improvements to do that. Just my thoughts.
Concur with your assessment. You and I could not rest on our laurels in the work place based on delivering past successes with the aid of recent retirees (coaches that have left). Boss (fans) wants to know what have you done today to add value to the company ( Indian nation ). There’s always a new innovative entrepreneur (coach) in the work place (district) aiming to make a name for themselves.

This PNG team this season acts like a vehicle with a flat tire. A constant bumping ride trying to run PNG into the ditch. Except No one is getting out of their comfort zone to fix the flat.

The old saying says You can wish in one hand and. #%*\ in the other hand.

This is a team of 14-17 year olds so the corporation analogy is a stretch. Pretty sure coaches and players are busting their a** to improve results. Yes, they do have room for improvement but to state that is an insult to coaches and players. Maybe you didn't mean that.

Definite improvements in the first half including the play calls. More to work on but then again I have yet to see any perfect team play this year.
