FINAL: PN-G Indians 39, Huntsville Hornets 29

Huntsville played a very physical game tonight sadly seemed like we had a lot of injuries but on the plus side we don’t haft to rush them back into action got Splendora next week which we could probably rest all of the starters and it would STILL be a blowout then we got New Caney who’s better but we could still sit the guys who aren’t a 100% and we would be fine.

Lunceford had it right on the NDN Press broadcast. We just got punched in the mouth.

On the bright side, the Magnificent Seven has my all-time favorite theme song for a Western.
Mine too! For those of us who are old enough to remember when it was legal for cigarettes to be advertised on television, this song was used in commercials for the Marlboro Man!

@The Rabin Fan That won't happen. You attack each game like it's the last. But strategically work in others.
But I don't know spit. To me it's about keeping the drive alive

I downloaded and watching it. They love RB Brown. He ran over us. They couldn't stop talking about him in the 1st.

Amazing camera quality...

The next 2 games are against Splendora and West Fork. Let them rest up and get ready for the Nederland game in 3 weeks.
Hope that works. We will need both of them for the last few games and especially the playoffs. Dayton is clearly way better than they have been the last few years, although most likely still not in our class. Montgomery does not seem as impressive after seeing their result against Lake Creek. However, that was a rivalry game and I was also very confident heading into the Huntsville game. Nederland is Nederland. Bottom line: odds are we will have at least one more tough game during district play and hopefully we will be at full strength when it happens.

Prayers for all of the kids with injuries. I saw that Nederland's QB and RB (#10) were also injured last night. I didn't know that Barnwell was injured, I missed that, and kept wondering why he wasn't in the game last night. All in all it was a great comeback last night; Huntsville always plays us tough. So will Dayton and Montgomery, not to mention the Bulldogs. It's a good tough district that we're in.
