FINAL: Port Neches-Groves 55, Texas City 23

[NDNzeke]

Fortunately the D is playing lights out so they could NOT capitalize on our turnover.

[NDNzeke]

Running game pretty anemic other than Gohlke run.

[NDNzeke]

Finally a good Henry run. Keep it up!!!

[NDNzeke]

Henry long TD!! He heard me!!

[pngfan316]

Texas City looks stunned out there

[Rez]

Jake Ashworth at h back might be a difference maker - he seems to really understand blocking

[NDNzeke]

Another fumble recovery by the good guys!!

[Usedtocould]

Boy
Does Gohlke look like Roschon or WHAT his drop back ball cradle and juking
Amazingly similar

[NDNzeke]

Another great Gohlke run. We definitely have something here!!

[NDNzeke]

Gohlke TD!!! 35 zip!!!

[Sethndn2]

Texas City looks stunned out there

Lot harder when you aren’t allowed 10 ypc

[NDNzeke]

Another 3 and out for the defense!!

[NDNzeke]

Almost got a pick 6 on us but we stopped them on goal line.

[NDNzeke]

So after 35 we gave em an easy 6 after the missed PAT.

[1989NDN]

If you want to get the ball to D. Jackson, why throw a 25-yard out route? Just throw a flare pass to him when the DB is playing 10-yards off of him? Sometimes I wonder if the OC is paying attention to the opposing defense or is he just calling plays from a play sheet?

[NDNzeke]

Bit of tarnish to an otherwise great performance.

[NDNzeke]

Time to get back in gear.

[IndianFan]

Running attack to the left behind Ace Reeves is consistent. Running to the right, not so much.

[NDNzeke]

Ashworth to Gohlke for the TD!!

[Usedtocould]

Go Indians I’ll be rooting for you from Shelbyville tonight.

Lots of my ancestors buried there in Shelbybille
