Yes I did hear something about him being an offensive coordinator. Welcome upgrade after the announcers we had the past 2 games.

Good season, PN-G. I enjoyed following this team. A fun ride in 2021. The Indians have a bright future in 2022. There will be several talented kids returning.

Only lose 3 on offense. 5 or 6 starters graduate on defense.

It all depends on their attitude. Notice how focused they were in the first quarter
Once they knew they had it they quit focusing. I don’t like seeing that in a team even if they win it all doing that.

Tough loss. Things just didn't roll like planned. Valiant effort by a lot of players.

Thanks to the seniors for a great season. This team accomplished more than anyone expected and revealed the poor judgement of all who predicted placing out of the playoffs.

Stats don't equal wins but here are a few outstanding ones to build on for next season.
  • Cole Crippen came within about 50 yards of passing Dustin Long for most passing yardage in a season. ** (Pending final stats he may have actually claimed the top position.)
  • Koby Trahan rushed for nearly 1800 yards this year. A season minus 2 quarters in the jasper game, 1 quarter after being injured last week, and limited strength tonight on an injured ankle.
  • Chance Prosperie finished with nearly 1400 yards if not more. At least the second best season of any receiver in PN-G history. Maybe the best pending final stats.
  • The Indians scored 509 points this year. Second best in PN-G history.
Thanks to the Indian players and coaches for another positive season of football.

I hated to see the Indians lose even if to my alma mater. Truth be told I’d rather PNG win a state championship than THS if I had a wish. but i do think Texas High is a threat to win it all (they CAN beat Crosby) and there will be revenge motivation. But my pick is Liberty Hill

#72 Jansen Ware just put himself on the recruiting radar. He manhandled #3 Brown and #7 White all night and pancaked both several times. Ware has the quickness and technique to stay on a fast, long edge rusher and the strength to put them on their back. I see some offers heading his way if any coaches are watching this game film. Somebody needs to make a highlight video of Ware in this game.

I have watched him all year and talked to some folks who watched him at camps around the country last summer he was very well thought of at all of his camps his speed and agility were always the topic of discussion. He was even featured in a small clip from the Aggies media coordinator about his agility and speed

We’ve really got to work on the defense. Last night again exposed not having a consistently fundamentally sound defense will end your season after the 2nd round of the playoffs. We need more size up front, better fundamentally sound MLB play and larger DBs.
