Is this true?

I saw something on Facebook about the cook at Billy Joe's that waves at everyone undergoing cancer treatment. Can anyone confirm? If it's true, prayers to him and his family.

Cleo?? I so hope not. My MIL worked there for a few years with him and he was the sweetest man and waved at everyone.

Cleo told me that he is being treated for Prostate cancer. He was in good spirits and believes he will beat it.

The owners sit next to me at the Lamar games, I'll do some checking Saturday. Most people don't know for years he walked/hitch hiked from almost Silsbee everyday. Various plant workers would pick him up and bring him close to Port Neches on they way in and then pick him up on the way home. If you ever get a chance tell that man "thank you" remarkable human being.

Very wonderful man. My wife knows him. He has had prostate cancer for a while and is doing better. My wife said his spirits are very high and that God is going to get him thru this. He now lives in Beaumont off of MLK in the Apartments by Lamar. He sits out there after work in a chair waving to everyone as they drive by. He is a customer of my wife. He has his life insurance thru her. She see's him regularly. She said he is very upbeat and has put it all in Gods hands.
