Memorial added to our district. GCM moves up to 6a.
PNG Proud said:I'm guessing that Ned's enrollment increased, since so many that move from PA school district, into Ned's (still living in PA). I wouldn't want that at all for PNG. Ned can have it. Even if it DOES mean losing to them on a regular basis. That's just 1 game.
Good trade off, in my book.

Nice to see a small increase in enrollment at PN-G. I hope that trend continues with more families buying homes and investing in the community and ISD...DO NOT ALLOW ANY NEW APARTMENTS in Port Neches or Groves. Promote home ownership and having families put down roots in the community.

They are building new apartments in Port Neches near the railraod tracks on 8th street what appears to be ANederland school district
Its true the City Council replaced the zoning appeals board. Is also true that the property in questions is in NISD & was also already zoned for apartments--the owner didn't have to get permission from the city to build apartments. He asked for permission to build 3 stories so he could have enough units to build nice apartments and afford amenities like a pool, exercise facility, clubhouse, etc. The alternative is subsidized and/or lower income.bark said::stop:prepballfan said:1989NDN said:Enrollment will continue to drop at PAM. In true PN City Council form they disbanded the P&Z Comm and fired the Fire CHief because the P&Z and Fire Chief said the apt.s would not be a problem in fire protection -3 story and more the 12 units under 1 roof.
SO they replaced the Fire chief and formed an alternate zoning group :duel: istols: :machinegun:
Love the way they do business!!!!
