The second playoff game is the area round.

It’s bi-district, area, regional semifinal, regional final, semifinal, state

There’s only a few ways for us to meet SOC:

1. PNG is 2-seed: meet in 2nd round.
2. PNG is 3-seed: meet in 3rd round.
3. PNG is 1-seed: meet in 4th round.
4. PNG is 4-seed: meet in 4th round.
This holds true if SOC wins their district also.

Who is “they”?

Also, I should note the above assumes SOC is the 1seed/champion from their district. It would be different if they got 2-3, but that’s so unlikely it’s not worth considering.

Wilson is not a good football team. No one in their district. Its literally like playing a West Fork or Splendora every week of district. One of those reasons is because the best players from all of those schools are ON SOC> Their coach is flipping his lid about the UIL investigation into illegal player transfers. I wonder why? If you don't believe me look at his twitter page. He is going on and on about it. I am in know way saying they are a bad football team just that they have a fully robbed or fleeced weak district.

I could not be more proud of our team and our community. The spirit here is unmatched! I am so lucky to be a part of it and to wear the purple and white! The journey of this football season, with these coaches and our players, will stay with me forever.  -- PN-G Head Coach Jeff Joseph
