Time for Coach Faircloth and staff to establish a new relationship with that group. :guns: With Neumann gone, the dynamics have changed.

Not really, Barrow has been a coach there as long as Neumann, for all of those wins over PNG. Don't count your chickens yet. :)

I believe you're the one counting chickens. Being an assistant doesn't necessarily translate over. Good luck to Coach Barrow, but he's no Coach Neumman. We'll see how it plays out on the field.

I am well aware of that. Prime example: the Houston Texans. My statement is more along the lines of there won't be much of a shake up of a pretty good program by going to someone who has been in that system for over 20 years under the former head coach.

I think nederland is in good hands with Monte Barrow. He knows the good, the bad, and the ugly regarding nederland athletics. It will be interesting to see if he has some of the Neumann mojo that was always good for a first down (when needed), or a penalty for offsides (when needed) or a last second FG. Good luck to nederland except when you play PN-G.

Go Indians. Peace.

I agree, we will see how it plays out. Actually makes the scrimmages and non-district games a little more interesting just to see what he will do on offense and defense that is different, or will it look the same. Time will tell.
