Nerve-shredding Texas bridge reopens…

There was a time, long long ago that ‘drivers ed’ classes included a mandatory crossing of the more narrow, older version of the Rainbow Bridge. Imagine the shredded nerves of brand new drivers going through that experience. And the nerves of steel that the driving instructor posessed.

That was also a time when brand new, ‘state of the art’ driving simulators were used in the now demolished B wing of the high school.
