It is my understanding that he is indeed the OC for Riley. His uncle (Gary's brother) is the HC at Aldine, which hasn't been worth a damn since Neal Quillen made a brief stop on his way to Humble from Willowridge. The uncle's son is a DC and rumored to be coming to PNG if Jeff does.

So Jeff was at one time the dc at Westlake and then again at Magnolia West. And his cousin was the oc at Magnolia West eventually becoming head coach.
