Rouse hung the only L on 10-1 Belton. Rouse has an ugly loss on their schedule to 3-7 Pluegerville, but this team isn’t a slouch. We need to be firing on all cylinders from the start. Let’s get to work!!

Definitely can’t take anyone lightly from here on out and no doubt Coach Joseph will have them prepared. Don’t know much about Rouse but I DO know the Indians just got A LOT more dangerous with #19 back on the field!

Looks like a very balanced team offensively, with a speedy RB and a good QB and receivers. I am more concerned about their passing attack, as few teams have had much success running the ball against us this year. Although we have also done well against the pass, it seems like teams have had a bit more success against us in the air. IMO we will need to get good pressure on the QB to slow down their passing attack. A good blueprint for success would involve the way we played Brenham, who had a pretty good passing attack that was largely neutralized by our strong pass rush.

Agree. Defending the pass could be the Indians' kryptonite, if there even is a weakness. I thought Brenham might have better offensive production than they did. Nice to be wrong.

The PNG defensive backs seem to be in decent position most of the time compared to past years. And the defensive front is incredible.

I believe Rouse is in the same school district with past power Cedar Park
My good friend from college was the HC there during the first state championship
They’ve really gone downhill
