What's your early assessment IndianFan? What does PNG need to do to say hello to round 3? GO INDIANS!

You shouldn’t have asked the question if you didn’t want to hear the answer. Special Teams (ST)

1. No more 45 yd and 49 yd kickoff returns in a single playoff game to a team with a losing record. no more 30 yd punt returns in a single playoff game. ST kicking strategy and coverage schemes have been a problem the entire season.

2.Clueless to make the necessary ST adjustments.

3. Our most explosive tackling machine special team player #32 is no longer on the team roster.

4. PNG will face D1 players fielding kickoffs and punt returns that are the best open space runners in the state with speed and power to burn. Yet PNG ST will not change and continue to put the ball in their hands. It’s about to get ugly real soon.

I can't believe on a Thursday I am surprised they did not get a Friday pick on it because of the people that have to work on a Friday.
I don’t like it when outsiders disrespect and bully PNG. Indian Nation fans are always a pillar of strength and support.

But when Indian nation fans are deprived from attending a game due to a decision to play a 6PM Thursday game in the work week. Why ? Why would PNG ever agree to that? Hello, Thanksgiving holidays are next Thursday week did PNG forget!

What’s the difference between this and a home on home flip for a Saturday game. Surely the underdog Kaufman team would take that coin toss. Indian nation would travel and turn that into a “home” game. Did you forget.

PNG has the veteran experience in venue selection. Why is PNG letting others outmaneuver and bully PNG. Liberty Hill would never have conceded to such an outcome.

example of a “chaotic” year. Only superior PNG talent has prevented this season from going off the road and into the ditch up to now.

I drive 155 miles into Port Neches on Friday to attend hone games in person to support the team on the field and the students performing in the stands and on the field at halftime. Doing Kindergarten math that’s 310 miles round trip for every home game this season. I could be a TV zombie and stay home. But the players, band, indianettes, cheerleaders deserve a verbal acknowledgement / appreciation for their hard work.

New Caney is a much shorter hop for me and no Houston traffic to battle through. I personally have no “Dog” in this road trip fight. Sorry for the pung Nederland Cousins.

I don’t ever want PNG to be “road kill”. With Indian Nation fans in attendance we can and do impact the game. Why would others go to such great lengths in fear to minimize its impact.

Maybe we lost a coin flip regarding the day/date of the game? Maybe it was a venue selection problem and we lost a coin flip. Too many varibles to guess what happened. Thursday, Friday, or Saturday doesn't matter. Here's to the Indians showing up and kicking them up and down the field. Here's to PNG fans showing up in force, being loud, and enjoying another W. GO INDIANS!
