SOC vs MP being played tonight.

SOC offense holds and pushes in the back almost every play. Lots of flags so far, both teams.

I honestly think that was part of their strategy when they played us last year. First half of the game they were heavy on all the extra curricular. Which threw us off our game. Second half they came out and dropped all that, we came out of half time seeing red after our team was thinking about all the stuff that happened in the first half. And had a bunch of calls on us. Almost evil genius by them.

Mt Pleasant tries dumb onside kick to start second half and gives ball to SOC on 40. A few plays later 26-7 after SOC mishandles PAT.

From what I have seen in this game the SOC offense does not look quite as good as in years past but their defense looks possibly better. Although their offense is still plenty good, Mt. Pleasant has held them to either nothing or FGs on several occasions during the time I have been watching (approximately 1 quarter). And Mt. Pleasant is not really known for their defense. However, they had great success against Montgomery on offense but have done nothing against SOC.

MT’s offense hasn’t been good all season. SOC’s defense is too good to make their job this easy.

39-7 early in 4th. Overall the game is turning out like most people expected, but I am a bit less impressed by SOC than I thought would be the case.

I think the winner of the Hunstville-Terrell game (most likely Terrell) has a decent chance of beating SOC, although I will have to say the SOC defense is impressive.
Agree, especially Huntsville. I'm not familiar with Terrell.
Huge lack of discipline, and a total lack of respect displayed in this game. Both on the field and on the sideline. Whoever plays SOC better be ready.

I hope it's Huntsville.
