Stallworth Stadium

It was ahead of its time back when Baytown had great football
It COULD stand to be a little easier to get to
Once the band didn’t get there until almost halftime.

Definitely one of my favorite stadiums. You can stand underneath the stadium and look at ground level. When we were little in the 1970s, we'd go to the bottom of the stadium and watch the team run out for the spirit huddle where they jumped on top of each other. We could also see the position groups meet with the coaches. You were right there at ground level. Turn around and there were concession stands and bathrooms. Plus, I loved the all concrete build and look. As a kid, we could run wild up and down the stands.

Remember when Baytown Lee had one of the best programs in Texas? Quentin Coryatt, Chris Crooms, Drew Tate, and several others.

Huge shout out to the entire Port Neches-Groves community for the support last night! You all created an amazing atmosphere for a high school football game and brought so much energy to our team!
