I’m guessing you’re referring to Senate Bill 30. I haven’t covered the Senate Committee on State Affairs in several years. I’m not familiar with the details.
The only liability bill I’m involved with this session is Senate Bill 1399, which will ultimately pass as House Bill 49. I actually wrote that bill myself—and I can’t seem to keep the landowner groups from rewriting it at every turn, despite the House making it a priority bill.
