Proud of the Indians for competing. I do not know if it came across on the online stream, but, in-person, Tomball had some serious size. What are they feeding those kids? Tomball controlled the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball. Our DL was out-weighed 50 lbs. (or more) per man. Tomball's DL was a force. #52 for Tomball was big and disruptive. #34 for Tomball played on our side of the ball, too. Need to clean up the snap. We can't continue to misfire on the snap...sideways, at the QBs feet.... It throws off the timing. Need to find ways to get our WRs open and tighten up the secondary coverage. Tomball scored 41 points, but the PN-G defense played decent. Tomball's QB got loose on the TDs, but our kids were in position to make stops. We give a lot of space when the DBs play off the ball. People in the stands mentioned PN-G had four kids out on defense and Sandell was out in the kicking game. The Indians are banged up. Two weeks off to get healthy and ready for MCM. Tomball had a nice stadium...nice folks. Enjoyed seeing the PN-G kids. Still not a fan of the gray helmets and gray pants. When PN-G goes on the road, go with the stormtrooper look...white helmets, white jersey, and white pants with PURPLE TRIM. At home, mix the purple/white look and if you must, then mix in some gray with the purple jersey. I'm old, kids today don't give a rat's rear end about my opinion, and I get that. I will stop my "get off my lawn" moment. I just prefer PURPLE and WHITE. On the road, ALL WHITE. Proud of the Indians for fighting until the end.
