PN-G is a great situation. Sure there are some problems but EVERY district has them. Every negative that I've heard on this message board has been said in my current district and several other districts that I know about.

The upside is incredible and a POSITIVE minded coach who sees that potential will be thrilled at the prospect of the challenge. Throw in a good salary and there are reasons for almost any coach to come here.

Well, the negative comments will subside soon enough. Mark my words (I know...not much coming from a smurf) we are getting a coach that knows how to build a powerhouse. And this school has all the ingredients...

You seem confident it is a done deal. I am not doubting you, just curious if you know for sure, or is this your opinion?

Again who is this current 4A AD that builds powerhouse programs as a HC? Where is he currently at? And I am assuming that he is only AD right now and not coaching?
