Teams made adjustments, or tried to, for the past 3 years, especially in '23 with Shea at the QB/wildcat. It's still good to do it though, so that the variations work better. Even so, without any data I'd guess that #14 is 90% successful from the wildcat so far this season. Anyway I'm just glad to hear he isn't injured, that's the main thing.Opponent Defenses are making adjustments to fill gaps. Watch NFL defensive counters to the tushpush.
One more side comment wrt tush push type plays, Hardin did it all night long this past Thursday against East Chambers, and EC never did adjust. They didn't stack the box, or anything else to even slow it down. I guess some coaches try to make adjustments, and some don't.
