I searched for Port Neches Groves on the NFHS website, it brought me to the school page, and it showed two live events. When you click on each one, one said provided by "Port Neches Groves", one said provided by "UIL"

How does one switch to the UIL broadcast on NFHS?

It shows two icons for the game on the website, and you just pick the other one. However, you can only do it if Texanlive is broadcasting the same game, as the other one has the Texanlive broadcasters.
