FINAL: Indians 34, Broncos 0

I was most happy with the coaching staff really drilling the run. Henry hit the holes better and it looks like the o-line is starting to make better running lanes. And the quick bootleg-style toss to ashworth is lethal.
Used dual HB/TEs in blocking scheme. Had #46 lined up along the Right Side Tackle #78 and #18 as a HB/TE blocker his quick feet got to the second level. Helped the OL run right.

This is not the 45-35 game I was promised by some fine statewide commentators
I say
This was in reality closer to 21-35 (34)

I’m counting the first drive interception on first and goal (especially when they were getting 6 yards on random run plays

Then I count wide open over throws on deep balls (other than that the coach’s son was fantastic (the punter is also the coaches son 2nd string QB and starting punter last night sophomore)
This game was the closest 34-0 game I’ve ever seen.

I thought it was pretty neat that they have a Dayton HS Sports Hall of Fame and inducted several athletes during pregame. One name that a lot of you may recognize is their infamous kicker Juan Caranco, who proved it is actually possible to win a game by only kicking field goals…lol! He went on to kick for Lamar, which was surprising cause he had D1 skills for sure!

Just glad to have the NDN press video.
Was better then the NHSF video and no good sound… I got it because I like generally listening to commentary of 3rd party but had to give up on that… . The video is always good on the NDN press even if technical difficulties arise and conditions suck.

I remember him, and as we now know. It’s possible to win State the same way.

Just listening to 92.5, I have no idea. The announcers will say “has a man wide open, incomplete, good coverage downfield”

Was he wide open or was the coverage good? Who knows.

They had us beat deep 3-4 times and he just flat overthrew the receiver mind you only a couple of steps but it was a TD if the ball is delivered.
