Brenham Cubs at Port Neches-Groves Indians Friday Nov. 10th 7 PM.

I'd need to see how the Bracket sets up. Lake Creek doesn't look like a true #2 team in my opinion but they are decent. They remind me exactly of the other Montgomery. Texas City could make noise. I doubt it though. Anyone have an actual bracket of matchups through the end if things fall...

Definitely a size advantage. Coaching Staff advantage as well.

I believe we won it outright in 2018.

    Week 9 5A-DII Rankings

Yeah they have Lovejoy over San Antonio Alamo Heights by 9 in 5A division 2. My prediction is Argyle vs PNG

I know DC has the projected playoffs in list form but has anyone seen what the actual bracket may look like ?

PN-G Indians meet The Nederland Bulldogs for MCM100th edition.

They had temp bleachers in the end zones for the Covid years and I think they still have some for their own band. The easy solution is to add temp bleachers in the end zones for one game only.

    Mid County Madness memories

The Flare is unforgettable. One year in the late 80’s Nederland ran over our run through sign and then circled back to run through their own. Pissed everyone off right away. My favorite was Bobby August thinking the Black knights of the Neches was going to give them a boost to help them win and...

Week 8 DCTF 5A-D2 State Rankings

Saw Argyle vs Lake Dallas in person last week the day before the Red River Shootout. Argyle has the biggest O-line I think I've ever seen. One kid was 6'9 330 and another was 6'7 315. Lake Dallas was way too small to compete with them. They did lose their starting QB with a broken leg...

    PN-G 38, Fort Bend Willowridge 20

How can you tell a good team from a bad one? They have “an off day” and win 38-20. Watched it on YouTube today and you could tell the game really was never in doubt. Not even close. You could tell who was more talented by far. Play calling- you don’t need to do too much or give away too...

Our Port Neches-Groves Indians @ Texas City

I looked at TC vs Galena Park yesterday on Youtube. Only one kid on their O-line looked big. The rest didn't size up anywhere near what we have. They were only up 14-0 at Half on GP. I honestly think we will be fine. They run the RPO and the QB takes deep shots every once in a while.

    GAMEDAY: Port Neches-Groves (2-1) vs Fort Bend-Marshall (3-0)

Short yardage where Shea was always able to get the necessary line to gain... I'd love to see them give that to #15. He runs really hard.

Fort Bend Marshall @ Port Neches-Groves

Dave Campbells had us as a 1 point underdog before the injury. Moved to 9 now. I think it will be closer as they have no idea how good of a passer we have coming in this Friday. Will definitely be missing the athleticism from Adams. Maybe someone else will get the honor of the short yardage...

    GameDay: PN-G vs WO-S

The amount of times the play clock expired when WOS had the ball and the refs ignored it is unacceptable. One of the easiest penalties to call and they missed it AT LEAST 4 times. One of those times resulted in a score for the Mustangs.
