FNF 4A Top 50
Polls are nice and all, but I don't put much stock in this one..the same poll had the Brook ranked 48th in 5A...they are a top 20 team. That said, based on this, it would seem that our first game of the year will be evenly matched. -

Ah, that's lame that they "Have" to play the other BISD schools. I think the past few years they have scheduled Katy (and again this year) as a non district team. Oh well, wishfull thinking. That said, LT would wipe the floor with them and most other 5A schools as well imo (atleast last year... -

The Brook is going to be really good this year..I think DC has them ranked #10...granted this is just 7 on 7. -

All I know is that it's a sad day when politics get involved with high school football :stop: It's always a sad day when a coach has been around for along time and is reassigned and a new coach is brought in. In our case, it's Coach Faircloth...and I don't understand why anyone would be upset... -

Wow, I really hope this doesn't run Coach Faircloth off. He has single handedly turned this program around. I for one hope he's here for a very long time. It's pretty disturbing to hear what's going on bac home. -

Who comes close to the PNG fans?
I remember the game at A&M like it was y'day..driving there in the rain hoping it would stop. I agree that we have the best fan base and traditions. I'm gonna try to go to the SLC game this Friday at SMU...obviously not a travel game, but we will see what kind of support they bring for this... -

Who comes close to the PNG fans?
I would be curious to see how well SLC travels. I know they packed Texas Stadium 2 yrs back vs Euless Trinity, but that was essentially a home game. If they make it to the finals this year, I would be curious how many show up in Houston for the game. They are pretty rabid fans themselves are... -
Indians Returning in 2010
That's great news to hear that the line will have good size again. They often go overlooked, but without them, you don't have the great running back etc unless he is just flat out special. It seems like we definately need to get Desmond the ball.
