Allstarmom....You are right...Most AD's from the bigger school districts that are labeled AD have their Masters.....Not all though...It is up to the district as to what is required...Sould be fun to watch this... -

The Master's Requirement
I would think that to be on the administrators pay grade and for (225+) day contract that masters would be required...I am just guessing... To get the pay up with other school districts that have high salaried AD positions, PNGISD would have to head towards the AD type position so the coach... -

It is possible they could do that....Many candidates do not want their name associated with the job unless they are truly in the running...Hush deal for some of the bigger dogs I would expect... I wouldnt blame them for doing this....The players from those schools could get the wrong message... -

I am pretty sure once some of the good head coaches out there take a few days over the holidays to discuss with family memebers that the flood gates will open....Sure you limit the numbers with not allowing a masters but they do have plenty that have them.... This should be an interesting... -

Who Can't Afford to Pay for a Qualified HC?
I agree...However I do believe 95% of coaches play to win these days especially with the amount of hiring and firings of coaches due to winnings...... -
