    Mike Shannahan may be one of the better NFL coaches right now...As they fire all these fools from other teams what makes them think they will find a "diamond in the rough"......I would snag Shannahan in a heart beat....

    Its not like they need 20 people in the room...If the selected group can not come to an agreement with the years of experience, degrees, and education they all have then ....hell......just throw it all out the window and get you a BALL coach!

    I dont mind the uniforms having a little change to them...As long as the colors stick with majority purple and white with black outline or silver outline it doesnt bother me.....As long as we see some WINS..... :band:

    I would think some type of a new LOGO onthe helmet wouldnt be so bad for the new coach and team......Maybe they could put out 4 or 5 new ones and have the team vote on what they like....Of course the coaches have last decision..... Maybe this would get rid of the last seasons ghosts!!

    I support the choice of a Masters required....Brings the status of the position to administrator level pay grade and will help attract the bigger salary guys... I still havent seen many people post who they really think will be some of the top runners now that we know the requirements....Anyone????

    I doubt Gary Childressis looking for a job these days...The guy was already the AD then went back to coaching....Must have 30+ years under his belt.... I dont see many on that list that excites me for PNG.... The freaks (good coaches) come out at night....

    I would totally agree with this statement as bigtime coaches can not just fill out and application and call...Can you imagine how bad they would get drug across the coals in their local community if that got out and they were not selected for the position....These type candidates can have loyal...
