Good pitching and numerous top players returning from last year (4 first team all-district and 3 second team all-district).
14-3 overall after first two district games. This year the district is composed of 3 very good teams, including PNG, one good team, and 4 poor teams. Thus, district play will largely involve getting prepared for the playoffs and getting the best playoff seed possible, hopefully the top seed!
