First words out of C. Joseph's mouth, post game interview, "there were 5 or 6 dropped passes". I recall my grandson when he played on the '22 and '23 teams, after the games we'd walk onto the field to tell him and others good game. Him and his buds typically wouldn't say "did you see that catch or run or tackle", etc; but they DID pretty much always say "the coaches are happy", or sometimes "the coaches are pi**ed". They played for those coaches as well as their team mates, and I think I actually told Coach J. that as a compliment, the one time I got to meet him. No one has to tell a kid that he dropped a pass, he already knows that he dropped a pass. But amongst us PNG fans I think it's ok to say hey # so-and-so dropped a pass or two, with no intended harm. Now if a Bulldog or other team's fan says something, then that's a whole different story.
