Also an iPad. Supposedly being used to take photos.Right - The forfeit was in the 2018 season, and wasn’t nearly as high-scoring. The 72-69 game was in the first round in 2017.
Usetocould, what do you think caused them to have THS’s number this year? I know the second game was as close as it could be, but it was no small feat for them to beat them twice this year.MH will be a challenge
Closer to Huntsville challenge level tall tall OL good skill players
We are better than them though
We just need to clean up some things
As far as our new QB for the next 2.5 years
Some first Q jitters but overall near perfect result - great long ball we just need work on reads and short GULF COAST OFFENSE snappy passes we should win
And will be a closer game for us than if THS had won (at least for me anyway)
Just like our key to Ennis proved DTM
DOWN THE MIDDLE it will be harder vs MH but that’s where our bread and butter is.
The closest we have come was 1977, when we were undefeated going into the state championship game against underdog Plano. That was the game witnessed by the largest crowd in history in Texas (and quite possibly the nation-close to 50,000). I was a member of that crowd, and the 13-10 loss was one of the most devastating sport’s experiences in my life (easily in the top two or three).Has PNG ever went undefeated and won the state title before?
I think the QB is the backbone. He can run and does so often. Also, there were some quick pass plays that could hurt us if we don't stay focusedI watched MH’s game against Ennis and based on that game their running game looks a bit better than Montgomery’s. Not sure how good their passing game is, as I don’t think they needed to pass much.
49,953. I was there too.The closest we have come was 1977, when we were undefeated going into the state championship game against underdog Plano. If I recall correctly, it was vs Sante Fe which made the forfeit sting even more because they were not goodAlso an iPad. Supposedly being used to take photos.

Yes I heard iPad from I think Dave CakpbellAlso an iPad. Supposedly being used to take photos.
Concur. He had a NG on top of him. Adrenaline rush to block opponent may have transferred to rapid snaps. Hadn’t been a problem in previous games.Last night the high snaps became a worry. Whatever is causing that, or resulting in that perception, must be corrected.
I was thinking the same thoughts. It also like looking in a mirror. Could come down to the last drive.Midlothian reminds a lot of Montgomery Bears
I wonder how the people who live in those homes across the street from the Montgomery stadium feel about hearing 'Cherokee' blaring into their living rooms 3 times this year! On the Texas Live broadcast our Band sounded really loud! I think they did a lot to keep the players and the fans pumped up during the game. I thought Ennis's band sounded good, too. It's too bad we couldn't hear both bands perform during the halftime.Ca
Is Montgomery ISD stadium our REZ away from home? 3-0. In the 70s the Astrodome was our home turf.
