Very pleased with the effort and outcome of this game. Offense is ahead of the defense as expected with a senior QB. Plenty of things to work on going forward, but that’s what non district is for. Very promising season ahead for the NDNs.

SOC beating North Shore will make them a definite favorite to repeat this year. It is going to end up being all roads in the class 5A Division 2 will go thru SOC.

We also just went against the number 1 rb in the NATION in class of 2028 and we held him to maybe 50 yards that says something.

Defense still needs work, particularly against the pass. And yes, the tackling needs to improve. However, I thought the offense looked pretty good for the most part and has great potential. Also, I know it is only one game but the kick coverage was disastrous last year and based on this game I have hope that it will be greatly improved this year. Overall, I think it was a good start to the season.
