Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I was under the impression that when the City of Port Arthur deeded that land to the City of Port Neches in 1947, it came with a stipulation that the land could only be used for public purposes and could not be privately developed.
Inside stadium near field houseHopefully somewhere where Bullpups, er, vandals can't spray paint it or apply any other creative art. ;D
