Richmond Randle vs. Oak Cliff in Finals

I prefer the days when you loaded up the car, wrote on your car windows, tied on some purple and white streamers, made the long trek to a unique location for your sc game, and sat in the stands freezing. No talking heads, no social media bs all week, or longer. No giant screens to stare at. Just the real experience of the moment.

I watched some of the lower classification games yesterday. It was really impressive how the defensive players for Gunter and Columbus played aggressively and tackled with authority. Especially the defensive backs.

If the 2024 Indians had that to compliment the defensive line and inside linebackers, they might still be playing. Practically every point given up was due to having little to no defense at the third level.

I LOVE watching small school football!! The TRIPLE OT win by Ganado over Stamford was one for the ages!! I was really impressed with Woodville…other than the blown coverages on special teams and turnovers, their defense did a GREAT job shutting Gunter down!! BIG BOY #54 was punishing their OL and he could move too…lol!

Ive never kept up with small schools and really never watched any games. I've been glued to Fanduel the last 2 days. I have a newfound respect for small school football. Those kids are tough. So many playing on both sides of the ball. They just keep going.

They're showing highlights on Randle now. I think they'll score about as much as we did and it won't be enough.

Kinda funny that with all the highlights and “great moments” they’ve shown from past State Championship games over the past few days…not ONE has been PNG taking down “The Mecca” last year…just clips from when they beat us in 2022!! Watching pre-game of RR vs SOC and they talked about the loss last year but only showed clips from 2022…it’s real hard not to think Coach Todd had something to do with that!
