The other two don’t like THEY stepbrother

They may didn’t graduate high school but they was best dress.
I was thinking that was a requirement to teach school in Texas.
All rules are off in DISD apparently
The rules only apply to the rest of the state.

sounds like he moved into the district. if so, he's eligible. Different from transferring.
(c) INELIGIBLE. A student who changes schools for athletic purposes is not eligible to compete in varsity UIL athletic contest(s) at the school to which he or she moves for at least one calendar year, even if both parents move to the new school district attendance zone. Refer to (e) below

I do understand there are exceptions, and I'm sure now a days you can find an exception to every case. You can easily bypass this rule by signing a PAPF. Its all shady.

How is this legal?
Living in the area, I can say Red Oak is a pretty solid 5A D1 program (won their district and played to the 3rd playoff round). It is also a relatively affluent suburb (at least as it relates to most areas DISD covers) about 20 minutes south of SOC. I can guarantee RO is a better school than SOC and this is clearly for athletic purposes.

Having been at the ROHS campus and worked with some of their teachers in the past, I second this.
