Big Bass Drum
It's not very easy to perfectly tune a drum, and they have to be tuned for our halftime performances. We do have a bigger bass drum and it will be added in next year. The percussion section is growing, and with more percussionists comes more sound.- bandkid

Most exciting HS football game I've ever seen.
That game made the Texas City game look like a church service. At this point, I'm convinced that this school can do anything. PN-G has kicked some major butt on all fronts this year, and this game put the cherry on top. Now, I'm thinking that a state championship trophy is within our reach. GO... -

There's a rumor going around at the school that we're the only school in the state with both an undefeated JV team and an undefeated Varsity team. I don't know if it's true, but if it is, way to go, Indians. -
Barber's Hill Playoff Game Time & Location
The band directors announced today that the official word has come from the office and the playoff game will be held on the 13th. The only remaining question is about the location. It looks like we'll be at Stallworth, but that hasn't been set in stone yet. -

I've been a member of SETXSports.com since last April, and I got to looking around the football board on that site a few minutes ago and realized that half of the threads on that board either have PN-G as the main subject or mention PN-G at some point. We're really making waves in this area this... -
We Need to Get Rid Of....
Another thing to consider is the fact that the band is located further above the ground than it used to be. In the old stadium, the tops of the home and vistor's stands were even with each other, whereas now the top of the home side in the band section is well above that of the visitor's side...
